Seminar on Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Office of Assistant Director, Consumer Affairs & Fair Business Practices, Siliguri Regional Office under Consumer Affairs Department, Government of West Bengal had conducted a Seminar on Consumer Protection Act,2019 in Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri, with a view to aware the students, our future generation regarding their rights as a conscious consumer. The students of 5 Years BA, BBA and BCom LLB (Honours) 6 Th Semester and 3 Years LL.B. 2 nd Semester had actively participated in the aforesaid Seminar.

Shri. Ashwini Kumar Singh, Director, Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri, Prof. (Dr.) P.K.Sahoo, Principal, Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri, Musha Haque, Consumer Welfare Officer, Abhijit Deb Gupta, Consumer Welfare Officer and Md. Wahid Alam, Consumer Awareness Activist had enlightened the students regarding different aspects of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
