Admission to 5 year BA/BBA/B.COM.LL.B(H) Course & LL.B 3 Year Course is done strictly on the basis of merit of +2 results/Graduation marks and on the basis of personal interview of students. Seats allotted on first come first serve basis.

Applicants of 5 year BA/BBA/B.COM.LL.B(H) Course & LL.B 3 Year Course are required to make a payment of Rs.500/-(Five hundred only) for obtaining the Application Form along with the Prospectus.

Applicants need to bring their original documents at the time of their personal interview for completion of the admission process. The documents required for admission purpose is listed below:

For 5 year BA/BBA/B.COM.LL.B(H) Course

• 10th certificate or admit card ( for age proof-xerox and original)
• 12th Marksheet and certificate(Xerox and original)
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC) if applicable
• Eight passport size photographs
• Migration certificate -applicable only for the students of Board other than West Bengal of Higher Secondary Education.
• If the student has taken prior admission in any college under North Bengal University then the previous admission needs to be cancelled and admission cancellation certificate along with Old Registration certificate is to be submitted at the time of admission

For LL.B 3 Year Course

• 10th certificate or admit card ( for age proof-xerox and original).
• Marksheets of class 10,12 and graduation (Xerox and original)
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC) if applicable
• Eight passport size photographs
• Migration certificate -applicable only for students from other University other than North Bengal University.
• University Registration certificate if the student is already registered under University of North Bengal.

30-6-2019	LL.B 3 Year Course	Candidate should have passed Graduation in any discipline of a recognized College/University with atleast 45% marks in aggregate for General category and 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST category and 42% marks for OBC category. Age should not be more than 30 yrs in case of general candidates and 35 years for SC/ST/OBC category as on 1st of July in the year of appearing in the Examination (subject to University of North Bengal and Bar Council of India norms).No age bar for Foreign Nationals Students.
