Mr. Manish Kumar

Mr. Manish Kumar did his schooling from St. Karen's High School, Patna (I.C.S.E board) and 10+2 from C.B.S.E board , New Delhi. His parents' interest towards law as a career, he took CLAT-2008 and  qualifiedin Chanakya National Law University, Patna and did his BA-LLB(Hons.) from 2008-2013, and Master of Laws through CUET-2016 and did LLM (Criminal Law) from Central university of South Bihar with Excellent Academic grades to his  credit and also qualified NTA UGC NET Exams.

He Qualified All India Bar Exam and worked as an Advocate from August, 2013 till date. He is also Panelled Advocate for S.O.F (Statement of Facts) in Bihar School Examination Board, Patna w.e.f Nov, 2018 till date. He Worked as Law Researcher at Allahabad High Court, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh (India), where he was  Attached with Hon'ble Justice M.C. Tripathi on Sept .27, 2013 and assisted in discharge of judicial and administrative function. He also worked with Lexis-Nexis India, as Legal Consultant under contract with  Bihar Judicial Academy where he Trained and taught District Judges and their Judgeship for legal Research through Lexis-Nexis E-library in almost all District courts of Bihar. He also Worked as Legal officer for Government of Bihar at Bihar Vikas Mission- Education Department, where he was Deputed in Legal Monitoring Cell of Principal Secretary - Education Department, Patna for monitoring the cases of Education Department and Providing legal support in preparing SOF/C.A/S.C in urgent pending MJC/CWJC/LPA/SLP and providing legal opinion related to such cases. But his interest in teaching law attracted him to help Judicial Service Aspirants and he started helping Judicial Service Aspirants to qualify Judicial service Exams. During his law journey he did his internship from Trial court to Supreme court and all Legal NGO/Organisation which is required for a law student for holistic growth of their career. Besides practical experiences he has Honored with many achievements in legal fields both National and International level.
