Workshop on New Criminal Laws

On 1st July, 2024, Indian Institute of Legal Studies organized a Workshop on New Criminal Laws for dissemination among the faculty members, students and staff of the institute. Dr. Trishna Gurung, Principal-In-Charge and Mr. Saurabh Chakraborty, Assistant Professor of Law have enlightened the audience on various provisions of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 and the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
