The inaugural session of the International Conference on Displacement Justice: Global Challenges, Issues and Strategies unfolded on May 4th,2024 marking the commencement of insightful deliberations on displacement justice. Distinguished dignitaries who graced the illustrious conference through their presence  included-

1. Hon'ble Shri Justice Dipankar Datta, Judge, Distinguished Representative of Hon’ble the Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India as Inaugurator and President of the session.

2. Hon’ble Shri Justice Jayantha Chandrasiri Jayasuriya, Hon’ble the Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Sri Lanka as the Chief Guest.

3. Hon’ble Shri Justice Arindam Sinha, Judge, Hon’ble the High Court of Orissa as the Special Guest of Honour.

4. Hon’ble Shri Justice Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, Judge, Distinguished Representative of Hon’ble the Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court as the Special Guest of Honour.
