Intra Moot Court Competition (March - June Session 2023) Semi Finals

The Moot Court Society of Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri have successfully organised the SEMI FINAL of the Intra Moot Court Competition (March - June Session 2023) on 19th May, 2023.

The moot proposition was based on the Topic "Whether the 103rd Constitutional Amendment is Constitutionally valid or not?". 

The competition was judged by the Faculty Members of the Institute. The participation was highly enthusiastic and it was organised with all its vigour. The entire session was highly applauded by the students-audience.
