Intra Moot Court Competition (August - December 2024) - Day 2

Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri has successfully conducted the 2nd Day of the Intra-Moot Court Competition for the Odd Semesters. The moot preposition was based on the topic of Clashing views on 'FUNDAMENTAL  RIGHTS' "Does the right to live extends to the right to die ?"  for the students of 5 Years B.A./ BBA/ B.COM LL.B. (Honours) SEMESTER III, V and  3 Years LL.B. SEMESTER II.
