Intra Moot Court Competition Aug-Dec session 2022 Final

The Moot Court Society of Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri have successfully organised the FINAL of the Intra Moot Court Competition (Aug-Dec session 2022) on 17th December, 2022.

The moot proposition was based on the topic "The crime of Rape in India amidst Covid-19 Pandemic and its Legal implications vis-a-vis application of the Criminal laws".

It was indeed a great show put on by the 2 finalist teams with quality research and profound argumentative skills. The entire session was highly applauded by the students-audience.

The effort of the MCS is highly appreciated in successful completion of the event.
