The Moot Court Society of Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri have organised the 2nd Intra Moot Court Competition (Aug-Dec session) on 19th November, 2022.
The moot proposition was based on the ongoing issue of ‘criminalising marital rape’ and the Constitutional validity of Section 375 exception 2 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
