Independence Day 2023 Celebration at Indian Institute of Legal Studies

Independence Day was celebrated at Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri on 15th August 2023. The national flag was hoisted by Smt. Gouri Choudhury, Hon'ble Member of the Governing Body of Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri.

The flag hoisting ceremony was followed by a colourful cultural event organised by the college where the students have performed their hearts out to celebrate such a glorious occasion and have taken every opportunity to pay homage to the motherland.

The event was further glorified by the dignified and valued presence of Smt. Nandita Choudhury, Hon'ble Member of the Governing Body, Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri. Prof (Dr.) P.K. Sahoo, Principal, Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri , Ms. Trishna Gurung, Vice Principal, Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri and Dr. Pradipta Chakraborty, Dean-Academics, Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri, have also magnified the event with their gracious presence.

Also, the students of BA/BBA/B COM LLB (HONOURS) SEMESTER I participated in an enthusiastic manner as players as well as spectators cheering and motivating their respective teams in the Final Match of the Independence Football Cup, 2023.
