A team of students of 5yr. BA LL. B Semester IX, from the Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri under the supervision of Ms. Samira Alam, Assistant Professor of Law conducted a special empirical survey on “An Empirical study relating to the facilities provided to the patients at primary health care centers: visit to the Sukna Block Primary Healthcare, Siliguri”

The team paid a special visit to the Sukna Block Primary Healthcare, Siliguri on 25th of September, 2024, Wednesday to interview the Block Medical Officer of Health (BMOH) and the patients of the aforesaid healthcare. Firstly, the students took permission and interacted with the BMOH and took surveys of the patients at the healthcare. Also, the students interviewed the nurses who have years of experience in their health profession about several aspects such as the facilities that are enjoyed by a primary healthcare.
