Mr. Sagar Prasad has completed B.A(HONS.) in Political Science from Triveni Devi Bhalotia College, Raniganj and M.A in Political Science from Kazi Nazrul University, Asansol. He has qualified NTA UGC NET in Political Science in 2022. Mr. Sagar Prasad has completed On-line Course on Indian Constitution conducted by Nalsar University of Law and sponsored by the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, New Delhi. He has attended national and international seminars organized by many reputed universities and institutes. He has participated in the Divisional Level Youth Parliament Competition for the year 2017-18.
