Mr. Noor Nowaz is Associated with Indian Institute of Legal studies Cooch Behar from August 2022 as Asst. Prof. of Law. He has Completed B.A. LL.B. from Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri in 2021 and LL.M. from Christ (Deemed to be) University, Bangalore, with specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law.
He completed an online certificate course on “Understanding Research” Methods from University of London in September 2021. A Research Paper, titled- 'Role of Press in a Democratic Country', written by him is also Published. He has been associated with an NGO named Nava Disha Education and Welfare Society.
