Ms. Prerna Lama is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar. She has completed her graduation in Law ( BA.LL.B ) from Indian Institute of Legal Studies Siliguri the year of 2019. She has completed her Master of Law ( LL.M) with specialization in Corporate and Commercial Law from Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University 2022. She has qualified UGC NET 2024.
She has Successfully participated in various academic activities and Internships. The title of her dissertation was “ A Legal Framework of Corporate Social Responsibility in India”.
