Free Legal Aid and Awareness Session at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Hasimara

Indian Institute of Legal Studies Cooch Behar has conducted a free legal awareness session for the students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Hasimara.

The session aims to educate the young minds about their Fundamental Rights and Duties that are enshrined in the Constitution of India.

The session emphasised on the importance of the Golden Triangle (Article 14, 19 and 21) of the Constitution of India. It also focused on the Freedom of Speech and Expression with special emphasis on Right to Information. It further highlighted the importance of Article 21 in the contemporary era.

The session ended with an interactive discussion on the significance of Legal Education for the young minds.
