Regular and Distance Education, reflection of each other:

Education is the most important tool of the society where both regular and distance education play a vital role in the upliftment of standards in the social structure. However, It is been observed Distance education is popular compared to regular courses, although it is now-a-days most effective tool for getting higher education at any age after a long gap of drop-out for a certain reasons. Not only this, Distance education also provide the scope to do job along with studying, which cannot be done while taking a regular course.

Importance Of Distance Education in Law Courses :

Regular mode in Law courses don’t encourages the individuals who are over-aged and have left studies due to family pressure, job or any other relevant causes. Whereas, Distance education in Law courses allows any individual, young or old age to join the courses without any objection.

Although, It can be noted, as per ‘The Hindu’ – News daily , Bar Council of India doesn’t supports the Distance education by not given it recognition, which can be a setback for the Law education in Distance mode. But, that doesn’t justifies Distance education is totally irrelevant, as People who cannot afford to get admitted in Regular Law Colleges for high cost of admission fees or due to personal or other  related cause failed to get admission in the right age, Distance Law education gives them the opportunity to continue their job without any problem. Not even that, Job Career for distance education in Law courses are blooming as this field requires a lots of dedicated individuals whether one wants to start a career as fresher, practicing in court or join any MNC Legal consultants.

Distance mode of Law education in India have been found effective at present day situation, as Criminal Offences, Civil structure and Business ethics requires Legal supports and create awareness to make a balance in the society. All over India Distance is the only effective mode through which students don’t require to visit classroom for staying updated through the artificial websites classroom or the Law study materials send to the individual learners through courier services, etc. And if required a practical classroom is arranged in weekends for the distance learners in the study centre nearby the Learners’ location for their convenience.
